Bytebridge Technology Pte. Ltd.

is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team in developing and managing customer opportunities, following up on inbound leads, and coordinating with internal teams throughout the sales process. You will work with customers to understand requirements, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate CRM data while collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years in inside sales, sales support, account management, or B2B tech sales.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Customer-focused with multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, data center, cloud, networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in developing and managing customer opportunities.
• Follow up on inbound leads, customer enquiries, and existing opportunities.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, and other internal teams throughout the sales process.
• Maintain customer, pipeline, and opportunity information in CRM.
• Track opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions.
• Support account development and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and other commercial activities.
