Job summary

ByteBridge is a trusted IT services innovator seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team by streamlining processes, order management, and cross-functional coordination. The role combines administrative tasks with data management and customer service to help the sales department succeed.

You will validate orders, liaise with vendors, maintain CRM/ERP data, and assist multiple sales managers while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/ops/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales support or sales operations.
• Experience in IT/tech/cloud/infrastructure is an advantage.
• Proven customer service mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process customer orders accurately.
• Communicate with vendors on quotations, pricing, and orders.
• Manage vendor quotations and negotiate payment terms.
• Update CRM/ERP systems with accurate information.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics.
• Support multiple sales managers and orders concurrently.
• Maintain sales records and customer information.
• Ensure timely product deliveries with Logistics.
• Assist with reporting and operational tracking.
