Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an Inside Sales professional to sell Alfa Laval products and services within the Ocean Division. You will provide direct customer support, including complex quotations and advanced technical assistance.

The role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and requires a proactive, customer-focused team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international, matrix-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Marine Engineering degree a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in international/matrix organizations.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
• Investigate parts/products needed by the customer.
• Create and follow up transactional quotes.
• Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
• Follow up quotes to ensure customer needs are met.
• Use CRM tools to support the sales process and decisions.
