Alfa Laval is seeking a Regional HFH Distribution Sales Manager based in Mexico to define and lead distribution sales strategy for Hispanic America. You will guide distributors and service partners, drive profitable growth, and align pricing, marketing, and sales processes with global stakeholders.
The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and the ability to build a scalable business model across diverse markets.
Every day, we have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we develop the solutions of the future and unlock the full potential of the world's most valuable resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that drive progress in vital areas such as energy, food, water, and marine transportation. As we move forward, the innovative and open spirit that has shaped our culture for more than 140 years continues to fuel our personal growth. In this way, while contributing to a more efficient and less wasteful world, we also build and develop our careers.
You are a strategic, creative, and results-driven commercial leader who sees distribution as an engine for sustainable growth. You combine sound judgment and business acumen with the ability to lead, influence, and develop others across countries and cultures. Curious and customer-focused, you turn market insights into practical business plans, challenge established ways of working, and create clarity in complex environments. You are energized by developing new business, strengthening partner ecosystems, and helping teams use commercial tools and processes consistently to deliver stronger results.
We are looking for an HFH Distribution Sales Manager to define and lead the distribution sales strategy and marketing plan for Hygienic Fluid Handling (HFH) across Hispanic America, in line with the Division's strategy, plans, and targets. Based in Mexico, this regional role will lead a team of Channel Sales professionals and guide a network of distributors and service partners. Reporting to the HFH Business Unit Manager for Hispanic America, you will drive profitable growth across a portfolio that includes pumps, valves, tank cleaning equipment, heat exchangers, mixers, and agitators. This is a strategic leadership opportunity: rather than acting as an additional salesperson, you will set direction, develop the team and channel ecosystem, and connect market insights, pricing, marketing, sales-process discipline, and partner development to build a scalable and consistently growing business model.
We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other develop and create value. Your work will have a meaningful impact on Alfa Laval's continued success. This role offers broad exposure across Hispanic America, the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary commercial team, and direct influence over how we develop distributors, service partners, and new business models. You will join a globally growing area with room to shape the strategy, work across different cultures, and pursue diverse career paths within Alfa Laval.
We value diversity, inclusion, and equity throughout our recruitment processes. We also believe that behavioral traits can provide valuable insights into a person's alignment with a particular role. To support us in this process, we use Pymetrics assessments. After applying, you will receive an invitation to complete a series of assessment games.
