Job summary

Ionics EMS Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to prepare proposals and quotations for new customers. You will ensure timely, accurate responses by gathering data from engineering, industrial engineering, customer supply chain management, and accounting teams.

This full-time role requires prior customer service experience and willingness to undergo training in the assembly process. The position offers day shifts, on-site parking, and transportation service, with 13th month pay

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service related functions and must undergo training in assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals/quotations for new customers.
• Coordinate data gathering with engineering, IE, CS, and Finance teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the Inside Sales Vice President, the Inside Sales Engineer works on all matters/aspects relating to preparation of proposals/quotations for all new customers. He / She ensures the timely and accurate feedback or response to new customer inquiries after gathering all necessary data/answers from all other team members, namely:

1. Engineering team member
2. Industrial Engineering team member
3. Customer Supply Chain Management team member
4. Accounting/Finance team member
