Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join Team Zafiato. You will support sales growth by managing daily activities, onboarding customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong communication and organizational skills. You will assist the Outside Sales Team, prepare quotes, schedule visits, and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales roles required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario cafe market.
• Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and schedule follow-up visits.
• Sales Day Planning: Coordinate sales routes and meetings for the sales team.
• Sales Visit Notes: Record key insights from meetings in the CRM and schedule follow-ups.
• Sales Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-up after visits and gather further requirements.
• Onboarding New Customers: Coordinate onboarding with Customer Service.
• Quoting: Prepare accurate quotes based on customer needs.
• Inbound Sales Inquiries: Handle inquiries via phone and email and manage them through the funnel.
