Job summary

Rippedboxstation in Manila is seeking an Inside Sales/Lead Coordination professional to actively monitor inbound channels, capture new enquiries in real time, and ensure every lead is stored in the CRM.

You will perform lead qualification, apply priority tags and lead scoring, allocate leads to the most suitable sales personnel, and maintain CRM hygiene. Regular performance reports will be prepared for management.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor inbound lead channels in real time.
• Engage with prospects to identify and qualify leads.
• Allocate leads to suitable sales personnel.
• Proactively follow up on lead status with the salesperson.
• Maintain CRM hygiene: contact history, next actions, flagging incomplete entries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports.
• Prepare daily sales status, lead conversion, and follow‑up pending reports.
• Share Weekly Sales Review Report with management (lead summary, quotation sent, orders booked).
• Support management in analyzing sales data and team performance.
