Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Inpatient Medical Coder for a work-from-home role offering up to 100k SOB. The position focuses on inpatient coding accuracy and compliance, with opportunities to work remotely from the Philippines.

Ideal candidates have inpatient coding experience in clinical, BPO, or CPO settings, along with AHIMA/AAPC certification (CIC/CCS/CPC) and strong ICD-10-CM/PCS knowledge. Start date within 30 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent medical coding experience in clinical, BPO, or CPO settings.
• At least 6 months of inpatient medical coding experience in a BPO environment.
• Active AHIMA or AAPC coding certification (CIC, CCS, CPC).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS.
• Available to start on or before July 16, 2025 (within 30 days).
• Willing to work a midshift or shifting schedule.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding systems
• Must be able to start on or before July 16, 2025 (within 30 days)
  
• Amenable to working a midshift or potentially shifting schedule
