Job summary

Swift Up is seeking an experienced Inpatient Medical Coder to review medical records and assign ICD-10-CM/PCS and MS-DRG codes in line with US coding standards. The role requires at least 2 years of US inpatient coding experience, familiarity with US regulations, and CCS/CPC/CIC certification preferred.

You will ensure compliance, identify documentation gaps, and maintain high quality and productivity. This position is based in the Philippines, Mandaluyong, with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US inpatient medical coding.
• Familiarity with US healthcare regulations and coding guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG coding.
• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), CPC, or CIC certification preferred.
