Job summary

Tamiya Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead Mold Changeover and Process Setting teams in our production facility in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines.

You will drive changes to improve mold changeover productivity, efficiency, and overall line performance. You will collaborate with Mold Repair, coordinate corrective actions, and coach technicians to enhance mold reliability while maintaining safe, stable operations and strong process controls that reduce defects.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity and efficiency of Mold Changeover operations.
• Reduce defect rate generated during the Injection Molding process through effective process control, troubleshooting, and improvement activities.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop Mold Changeover and Process Setting teams to strengthen technical capability and operational performance.
• Manage team activities ensuring stable, efficient, and safe production operations.
• Evaluate mold conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate corrective actions to enhance mold performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the Mold Repair Department to monitor mold conditions, coordinate repair activities, and implement mold improvement initiatives.
