Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management seeks an experienced moulding production Supervisor in Bulacan to lead the moulding team, optimize processes, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will supervise injection and blow moulding operations, mentor staff, analyze production data, and report performance to management while coordinating with Quality Control and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement and achieve production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of moulding processes and equipment.
• Experience in injection and blow moulding operations.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
