Responsibilities include monitoring machine parameters, cycle times, material usage, and equipment performance, as well as supporting mold maintenance, improvements, and the installation of new machinery.

• Supervise daily injection molding operations and production activities.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize injection molding machines and processes.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machine parameters, cycle times, material consumption, and overall equipment performance.
• Support mold maintenance, repair, modification, and improvement activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability, productivity, and process efficiency.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and qualification of new machines, molds, and equipment.
