Responsibilities

• Tumulong sa production upang malaman ang ikot at sistema nito, pati narin ang mga makinang ginagamit dito.
• Nagmomonitor ng mga gawa ng tao, acting leader sa kada department, kasabay nito ay ang pagmomonitor sa mga makina
• New process improvements and rejection control
• Analysis and reduction of tire defects
• Tire testing knowledge and troubleshooting of process problems
• Production improvement through time and motion study
• Effectively support 5’S, ISO, Kaizen activities and coordinating with other departments
• Knowledge in engineering plastic like automobile, electrical and medical components
• Knowledge in raw materials handling inspections and quality control of raw material
• Aware of all types of raw materials and testing
• To supervise follow up and execution of development related activities in process / product development
• Identify areas of improvement in process simplification and product improvement
• Implementation of work instruction and coordination with production for improving and facilitating process related problem
• Troubleshooting with tech issues at the units and immediate escalation
• Analysis and reduction in defects and tire scrap
