Job summary

Cube Packaging Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for injection molding. Lead maintenance on molding machines, robots, and automation while ensuring CMS compliance and continuous improvement in cycle times and quality.

You will train operators, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with shifts to resolve technical or quality issues, upholding safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years supervising injection molding and related processes.
• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or mold-making program.
• Minimum three (3) years applying Lean Manufacturing (SMED).
• Experience driving Continuous Improvements in production.
• Hands‑on leadership with ability to empower and motivate staff.
• Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics are preferred.
• Computer skills including MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best-practice injection molding processes.
• Ensure machines are running to master processes and deviations are communicated.
• Commission new equipment and optimize cycle times.
• Lead maintenance of robotics, IMMs, and tooling with CMS compliance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and analyze root causes for failures.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate technical issues clearly.
