Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines.
• Install and align molds.
• Adjust temperature, pressure, injection speed, holding pressure, cooling time, and cycle times.
• Monitor process quality and make adjustments.
• Troubleshoot defects and perform mold changeovers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on molding machines and equipment.
• Report abnormalities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering and maintenance teams.
