Job summary

JG Summit Holdings Inc. seeks a senior Tools Manager to own and govern enterprise infrastructure operations tools, including monitoring, patch management, and Microsoft Intune. You will drive automation, manage MSPs, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure performance, security, and compliance across platforms.

Lead platform upgrades, licensing reviews, and analytics reporting, delivering executive insights and a roadmap aligned with business needs and technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations or IT Operations.
• Experience managing enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Monitoring and Observability tools, Patch management, Azure, and 365.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle, governance, and roadmap of infrastructure operations tools and platforms.
• Lead monitoring/observability solutions, dashboards, alerting standards, and service health visibility.
• Oversee patch management platforms and ensure security/compliance.
• Manage Intune platforms for endpoint management, provisioning, configuration, and policy enforcement.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Set standards, processes, and KPIs for tools.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Service Management, and End User Computing teams.
• Manage MSPs and vendors and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Lead upgrades, licensing reviews, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Produce executive reports on platform utilization and performance.
• Identify opportunities to advance observability, analytics, automation, and AIOps.
