Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Lean-Pro Information Systems and Technology Manager to lead planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technology operations.

The role focuses on securing, stabilizing, scalable IT environments, with experience in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, IT governance, vendor management, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT management or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise technology environments.
• Strong background in IT project management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST, or similar standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and successful execution.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of hardware, software, networks, systems, and applications.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and business systems.
• Manage cloud platforms, virtualization tools, and other technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Oversee cybersecurity practices, including IT security policies, risk monitoring, audits, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, internal policies, and relevant industry standards.
• Implement best practices for data storage, backup, recovery, access control, and system documentation.
• Manage the development, deployment, integration, and maintenance of business applications.
• Work with departments to customize systems and applications that support operational needs.
• Oversee IT support services and helpdesk operations, including response times, resolution times, and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure strong performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, and service provider performance.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain updated IT policies, procedures, process documentation, system records, and configuration files.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations that can support business growth.
