Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Operations and DevOps Platform Lead to own and enhance our cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. The role emphasizes virtualization expertise, backup and disaster recovery, automation, and high‑reliability operations.

You will oversee Windows/Linux environments, implement DevOps practices, and drive platform upgrades, with a strong emphasis on ownership and leadership in a fast‑paced, globally engaged team.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience managing complex, business‑critical infrastructure platforms.
• Ability to lead end‑to‑end incidents and drive automation improvements.
• Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation, maintenance, and improvement of cloud and on‑prem infrastructure.
• Administer VMware and Hyper‑V environments; manage backup, replication, DR.
• Develop automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Lead DevOps practices across deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution and platform upgrades.
