Job summary

MSCI is seeking a senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise CI/CD platforms and cloud infrastructure. You will own Azure DevOps and GitHub pipelines, promote best practices, and automate workflows to accelerate secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, SDLC automation, and source control.
• Proven REST API integrations and scripting for automation.
• Solid Docker and Kubernetes experience with cloud services (Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Terraform and modern IaC practices are required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, manage, and operate enterprise CI/CD platforms using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Own and maintain CI/CD and cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability and security.
• Define standards, best practices, and golden paths for development workflows.
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven pipelines.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve developer experience and platform adoption.
• Provide incident response, RCAs, and continuous hardening for production platforms.
