JG Summit Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Services Manager for Infrastructure Operations who will also serve as the Disaster Recovery (DR) Manager.

This role leads the delivery, performance, and resilience of our IT infrastructure services across on‑premise and cloud environments to ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations. You will drive governance, service excellence, and operational resilience, manage MSPs and internal teams, and engage executives with reporting on risks, performance, and

Qualifications

• Experience in Infrastructure Operations and Service Delivery Management.
• Proven Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
• Experience managing MSPs and cross-functional IT teams.
• Familiarity with hybrid on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Strong governance, SLAs, and performance metric leadership.
• ITIL Certification (v4 preferred).
• Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity certification (CBCP, ISO 22301).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure operations (network, compute, storage, cloud, platform services).
• Ensure services meet SLAs, KPIs, and business expectations.
• Govern MSPs and internal IT teams to deliver reliable services.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management with ITSM.
• Oversee capacity planning, performance optimization, and availability.
• Oversee DR strategy, drills, and failover testing.
