Play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of our IT systems. You’ll manage core infrastructure components across on-premises and cloud environments, resolve technical challenges with increasing autonomy, and support the stability of businesscritical systems. Responsibilities
Infrastructure & System Management
- Monitor, administer, and maintain Redmap’s server, storage, and network infrastructure (on-premises and cloud-based).
- Ensure systems are patched, updated, and meet security and compliance standards.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and authentication systems.
- Assist with deploying, upgrading, and decommissioning infrastructure components.
- Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and system security measures.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in systems, applications, and network services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot incidents and drive resolution.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and communication.
- Test and evaluate system changes, new tools, and infrastructure improvements.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with Product, Cloud Engineering, and Support teams to deliver reliable services. Create and maintain technical documentation and internal runbooks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through automation, tooling, and shared knowledge.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of Associate-level engineers.

Requirements
- At least more than 3 years of experience in Microsoft/Intune + AWS experience, AWS infrastructure and services, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
- Hands-on Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting
- PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting experience
- Terraform / CloudFormation
- CI/CD and deployment tooling
- ISO27001 / Essential Eight or similar security/compliance frameworks
- Relevant AWS or Microsoft certifications
