CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Services Officer (Principal Infrastructure Engineer) to lead design, deployment, and optimization of on‑prem and cloud infrastructure. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• 6–8 years in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• 3+ years hands-on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and enterprise infra operations skills.
• Certifications in AWS/Azure/VMware/Red Hat/Terraform or Kubernetes preferred.
• Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy knowledge.
• PowerShell, Bash, Python scripting capability.
• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins experience.
• IAM, MFA, Vulnerability Management, and Patch Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure.

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Services (IIS) Officer (Principal Infrastructure Engineer) is responsible for leading the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role serves as the organization's senior technical expert for infrastructure technologies while remaining actively involved in hands‑on engineering, system administration, cloud operations, automation, and operational support. Ensures that infrastructure platforms are secure, highly available, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure.


• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage systems.


• Design, deploy, and manage hybrid infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments.


• Manage enterprise virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper‑V, or equivalent technologies.


• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex infrastructure issues and critical production incidents.


• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize cloud infrastructure in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.


• Develop infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.


• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), and Bicep.


• Manage enterprise monitoring platforms to ensure infrastructure health, availability, and performance.


• Serve as the highest technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.


• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or Cloud Infrastructure.


• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.


• Strong experience in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and enterprise infrastructure operations.


• AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Red Hat, Terraform, or Kubernetes certifications are highly preferred.


• Windows Server and Linux Administration experience.


• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy knowledge.


• PowerShell, Bash, Python scripting capability.
