You will resolve incidents, drive improvement, and help automate processes while collaborating on incident and problem management, agile delivery, and release planning. The role demands careful prioritization and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Relational databases proficiency including MS SQL Server; Snowflake a plus.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Familiarity with at least one Enterprise Agile Framework (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM).
• Strong agile delivery with release management experience.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects with attention to detail.
• Experience or active learning in Artificial Intelligence.

About the Role

Information Technology Application Specialist ( L2-L3 Support for Internal Apps) .

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth business application service operations by resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate smooth transition of application features from development to production environments.
• Actively develop continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations.
• Assist in the automation of existing manual activities to improve the consistency and efficiency of business application service delivery to end users.
• Effectively communicate to stakeholders as part of incident/problem management.
• Manage escalations related to operational topics.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proficient in relational databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake is a plus)
• Experience with incident and problem management
• Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.
• Strong in agile delivery, with release management experience and engineering exposure
• Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Experience or active personal learning in Artificial Intelligence

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in cloud services, preferably AWS
• Knowledge in CI/CD Pipelines and Tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Etc.)
• Experience in supporting SaaS systems (e.g. SAP)
• Knowledge in programming languages, Java and Python
• Experience in using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools
