You will resolve incidents, drive improvement, and help automate processes while collaborating on incident and problem management, agile delivery, and release planning. The role demands careful prioritization and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Relational databases proficiency including MS SQL Server; Snowflake a plus.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Familiarity with at least one Enterprise Agile Framework (Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM).
• Strong agile delivery with release management experience.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects with attention to detail.
• Experience or active learning in Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth business application service operations by resolving issues promptly.
• Facilitate transitions of application features from development to production environments.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives for business application service operations.
• Automate existing manual activities to improve consistency and efficiency of service delivery.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders as part of incident/problem management.
• Manage escalations related to operational topics.
