• Strong experience in L2/L3 application support, incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting production applications.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python, SQL/database querying, and experience working with relational databases, operating systems, and n-tier web applications.
• Hands-on experience with production releases, patch management, preventive maintenance, and application monitoring; familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Experience supporting banking or financial applications and working in an ITIL-driven environment is highly preferred.
