Job summary

D2B is seeking a highly organized Talent and Campaign Coordinator to manage day-to-day talent schedules, logistics, and end-to-end brand campaigns. You will handle production coordination, stakeholder communications, and talent assets with a focus on the Australian creator landscape.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in talent management or influencer marketing and are proficient with Google Workspace, monday.com, Meta Business Suite, and Canva. This full-time role is based in Manila with AU hours.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in talent management, campaign coordination, influencer marketing, or related operations.
Strong knowledge of Australian creator, broadcast, and podcast ecosystems.
Excellent written communication for brand emails and campaign briefs.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, monday.com, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.

Responsibilities

Logistics, schedules, and travel for talent and bookings.
Coordinate shoots, media commitments, and brand appearances.
Maintain talent bios, media kits, rate cards, showreels, and analytics.
Own and execute brand campaigns post-negotiation; manage approvals and timelines.
Raise invoices, monitor payments, and oversee CRM and campaign pipelines.
