Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent management, campaign coordination, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian creator, broadcast, and podcasting ecosystems.
• Excellent written communication and English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, monday.com, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day talent schedules, travel, and logistics.
• Manage brand partnership campaigns post‑negotiation and ensure deliverables.
• Maintain talent bios, showreels, rate cards, and audience analytics.
• Raise invoices, monitor payments, and support admin tasks.
• Keep CRM and campaign pipelines up to date in monday.com.
