Job summary

Amplify in the Philippines seeks a Talent Coordinator to support the talent function, working with Talent Managers to execute creator campaigns, brand partnerships, content productions, and events across the region.

The role collaborates with Partnerships, Campaign Management, and Production to bring creator-led campaigns to life, handling communications, logistics, scouting, and client updates from start to finish.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, advertising, or related field.
1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, or related industries.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Support Talent Managers in creator campaigns, partnerships, events, and day-to-day operations.
Coordinate campaign requirements, content deliverables, reporting, and timelines with creators.
Be primary contact for creators on campaign updates, scheduling, and admin tasks.
Manage gifting and logistics, creator send-out lists, and liaise with brands.
Maintain strong relationships with creators and support their growth.
Assist during events and content productions, capturing BTS content when needed.
Identify emerging creators and potential brand partnerships to grow the Talent division.
Monitor industry trends across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and more.
Assist with client meetings, presentations, and service agreements; keep campaign docs updated.
