D2B is hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to own the company’s digital presence across AU/NZ markets. You will design and execute a results-driven multi‑channel strategy, create compelling content for Australian employers and Filipino tradespeople, and manage paid campaigns to generate qualified leads and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media management.
• Proven track record developing multi‑channel marketing strategies from scratch.
• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite.
• Hands‑on with paid ads on Meta and LinkedIn Ads preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English for AU/NZ executives and candidate markets.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics, funnels, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a structured organic social media strategy across core channels.
• Create content calendars, audit metrics, and optimize reach and engagement.
• Generate professional copy and multimedia assets for business and candidate audiences.
• Develop high‑converting visuals, carousels, and short‑form video content.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns with clear KPI tracking and ROI analysis.
• Deliver data‑driven updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Produce market facing collateral and explain visa/recruitment pathways to stakeholders.
