The role demands superior communication, sharp commercial judgment, and a deep understanding of the Australian creator and media landscape to align talent with world-class brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent management, campaign coordination, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian creator, broadcast, and podcasting ecosystems.
• Outstanding written communication skills for brand emails, briefs, and talent recaps.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, monday.com, Meta Business Suite, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & schedules: manage diaries, bookings, travel, and logistics for assigned talent.
• Campaign ownership: coordinate brand partnerships post-negotiation and serve as the main liaison between talent, brands, and agencies.
• Approval workflows: manage content reviews, revisions, and go-live schedules with clients and talent.
• Financial administration: raise invoices and monitor payment terms to ensure smooth operations.
• CRM & asset management: maintain talent bios, media kits, rate cards, showreels, and analytics.
