Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment and fixtures, diagnose issues, and conduct repairs across refrigeration, HVAC, forklifts, and other systems.

You will coordinate with contractors, monitor equipment parameters, and ensure cleanliness and safety during store hours. Applicants should have at least 1 year in facility maintenance and a technical/vocational background in electrical or mechanical work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or related Technical/Vocational course.
• With at least 1 year of experience in facility and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in basic mechanical repair.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of facility equipment and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly preventive maintenance of all warehouse equipment and fixtures.
• Knowledgeable to both minor and major repairs of defective equipment such as Refrigeration.
• Communicates with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensures cleanliness of warehouse floor area, dining area and removal of trash during store hours and closing time.
• Observes grooming standards and proper uniform while on duty.
