Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of Technical/Vocational course related to Building Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
- Experience in building maintenance and facility operations.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and minor mechanical repairs.
- Experience in commercial properties is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
- Inspect and monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct routine building inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary.
