Catalydd is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Industrial Division to cover Pune and Chennai locations. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and driving orders while ensuring timely collections and CRM hygiene.

Ideal candidates have 4-8 years in industrial sales, with experience selling hydraulic, torque, bolting, and other industrial equipment. Strong negotiation and account management skills are essential.

Formación

• 4-8 years of experience in Industrial/Technical Sales.
• Experience selling Hydraulic Tools, Torque Tools, Bolting Solutions, Power Tools, Industrial Equipment, or Capital Equipment.
• Exposure to Power, Cement, Steel, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities and customer visits.
• Develop relationships with plant heads, maintenance teams, project teams, and procurement professionals.
• Drive enquiry generation, quotation submissions, negotiations, and order closures.
• Manage key customer accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure timely payment collections and maintain CRM updates.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping to identify new opportunities.
