Job summary

Asia Integrated Machine Inc. is seeking a sales leader to develop territory strategies and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

You will identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers, while providing technical consultation on industrial machinery and system solutions. The role requires 3–5 years of managerial sales experience and is based in Cagayan de Oro with knowledge of the Vismin region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales managerial experience.
• Based in Cagayan de Oro.
• Knowledge of Vismin territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and market share targets.
• Generate pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle from leads to closing the project.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in collaboration with engineering and management.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and territory reports.
• Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable industrial machinery and system solutions.
