Job summary

Synchronicity Select in the Philippines is seeking a Production Planning & Process Engineer to optimize eCommerce fulfillment, inventory handling, and packing efficiency through data-driven improvements.

You will lead time-and-motion studies, develop capacity plans, and build KPI dashboards to monitor performance across Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms. This onsite role is based at South Caloocan City with a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IE, Operations Planning, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or eCommerce Operations.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and business process documentation.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment processes, and productivity measurement.
• Experience with KPI dashboards, capacity planning, forecasting, and operational analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead time-and-motion studies across warehouse and office operations to improve order fulfillment, inventory handling, packing efficiency, and overall productivity.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop capacity plans for warehouse manpower, packing stations, and fulfillment resources based on sales forecasts and seasonal demand.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Inventory, Operations, Customer Service, and Marketplace teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment across multiple eCommerce platforms.
• Design, maintain, and continuously improve operational dashboards for productivity, order turnaround time, inventory accuracy, and workforce utilization.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including pick-and-pack rates, order accuracy, processing lead times, inventory turnover, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Create and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and process maps to improve operational consistency.
• Recommend warehouse layout improvements that reduce travel time, optimize storage utilization, and improve picking efficiency.
• Analyze inventory movement and recommend stocking strategies to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and unnecessary handling.
• Support the implementation and optimization of warehouse technologies, barcode systems, inventory management systems, and automation initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
