Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and capacity analysis as needed.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor efficiency.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks and propose optimization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to define requirements and create solutions.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures, process flows, and work instructions.
• Monitor the impact of improvements and propose further enhancements.
• Support projects focused on productivity, resource optimization, and workforce planning.

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Taguig. The role will focus on analyzing and improving business processes, optimizing workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and operational activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and capacity analysis as needed.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Operations Excellence, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Experience in process mapping, data analysis, productivity measurement, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
