Job summary

The ideal candidate has five years of lease abstraction experience and familiarity with property management systems, with strong project management and communication skills. This role requires independent work and collaboration within a large team.

Qualifications

• University graduate with lease abstraction experience.
• Experience with real estate lease abstractions is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple abstraction projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Abstract critical lease information from contracts and leases.
• Maintain accurate data in master document trackers and logs.
• Coordinate with account managers and hub leads to meet deadlines.
• Review landlord invoices for lease compliance and accuracy.
• Mentor new team members and document processes.
