Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in income audit or general accounting, hospitality preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue processes and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel and hotel management systems.

This role is ideal for a hospitality finance professional with strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of hotel operations, and a passion for driving financial accuracy and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily income audit activities and ensure accurate reporting of hotel revenues.
• Review and reconcile revenue transactions, cashier reports, discounts, voids, rebates, and complimentary entries.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with operational departments to resolve revenue variances.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit standards.
• Support month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and oversight to team members while promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Income Audit, or General Accounting preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue processes, financial controls, and reconciliation procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel management systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
