The role requires a finance professional with strong analytical abilities, hotel operations knowledge, and a commitment to financial controls. You will supervise daily income audit activities, review revenue entries, and support month-end close while driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in income audit or general accounting, hospitality preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue processes and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel and hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily income audit activities and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Review and reconcile revenue transactions, cashier reports, discounts, voids, rebates, and comps.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with departments to resolve variances.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and management summaries.
• Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Provide guidance to team and promote continuous improvement.
