The role targets a finance professional with 1–3 years in accounting or revenue audit, plus hospitality industry exposure and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• Has 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Income Audit, Revenue Audit, or Hotel Finance.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong Excel and accounting system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Verify and audit all daily hotel revenues for accuracy.
• Review Front Office, General Cashier, and F&B transactions per policies.
• Investigate revenue discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
• Validate room rates, discounts, rebates, upgrades, and comps.
• Prepare daily income audit reports and revenue summaries for management.
• Support month-end closing and revenue reconciliation.

At Valero Grand Suites by Swiss-Belhotel Makati, we're looking for an Income Auditor who will play a vital role in safeguarding the hotel's revenue while working with a dynamic team in one of Makati's premier hospitality destinations.

What You'll Do

As our Income Auditor, you will:

• Verify and audit all daily hotel revenues to ensure complete and accurate recording.

• Review Front Office, General Cashier, and Food & Beverage transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Investigate revenue discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

• Validate room rates, discounts, complimentary stays, rebates, and upgrades.

• Prepare daily income audit reports and revenue summaries for Management.

• Perform cash audits and monitor cashier floats and house funds.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and hotel procedures.

• Assist in month-end closing and revenue reconciliation.

• Work closely with various departments to promote financial accuracy and operational excellence.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen hotel financial controls.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or a related field.

Has at least 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Income Audit, Revenue Audit, or Hotel Finance.

Has hospitality or hotel industry experience.

Is highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.

Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Can work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.

Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
