Seda Nuvali invites an experienced Income Auditor to lead the property's revenue audit function, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all revenue transactions in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, at least 3 years in income audit or general accounting within hospitality, supervisory experience is a bonus, and strong Excel and hotel management systems skills to support month-end close and financial reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in income audit or general accounting, preferably in hospitality.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue processes, financial controls and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel management systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily income audit activities and ensure accurate reporting of hotel revenues.
• Review and reconcile revenue transactions, cashier reports, discounts, voids, rebates, and complimentary entries.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with operational departments to resolve revenue variances.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and management summaries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit standards.
• Support month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and oversight to team members while promoting continuous improvement.
