Qualifications

Degree in management or marketing or any business-related course.
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
Ability to execute advanced Excel formulas.
Business writing and data storytelling skills.
Creating high impact business presentations.

Responsibilities

Incentive analysis, forecasting, and post-campaign reviews.
Evaluate agency performance and incentive effectiveness against defined measures.
Support development of incentive targets, thresholds, and governance documents.
Prepare and maintain incentive launch and governance documents (e.g., PARs, SI Tracker, Cost Summary).
Develop dashboards and management reports to monitor incentive performance and trends.
