• Conduct data analysis and lead data interpretation to derive insights for agency projects and partnerships (MAPA, compensation, persistency).
• Develop financial or decision models aligned with agency or partnership distribution initiatives; maintain and validate models and documentation.
• Monitor and track performance of launched projects against defined metrics with the project lead.
• Conduct valuation of projects for three-year capital budgeting projections and participate in training and employee engagement programs.
