Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking an Agency Contests and Compensation Support Lead in Metro Manila to manage incentive analysis, forecasting, and post-campaign reviews. You will supervise end-to-end incentive processes, develop governance documents, and deliver dashboards to inform management decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare promotional materials, and support compensation-related initiatives to enhance agency performance and production.

Qualifications

• Degree in management or marketing or any business-related course.
• Actuarial studies, statistics and mathematics is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
• Ability to execute advanced Excel formulas.
• Business writing and data storytelling.
• Creating high impact business presentations.

Responsibilities

• Incentive management, forecasting, post-campaign reviews and reporting.
• Analyze agency performance and incentive effectiveness against defined measures.
• Develop incentive targets, thresholds and governance documents.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports for meetings.
• Support compensation-related projects including testing and validation.
• Oversee incentive appeals and revalidation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and drive decisions.
