Job summary

Prudential Services Asia seeks a Data Analytics expert to help Operations leaders derive data-driven insights and recommendations. The role applies descriptive to prescriptive analytics across product, solutions development and operations processes.

Responsibilities include performing data mining, building dashboards in Power BI, and presenting findings to key decision-makers while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance or related fields.
• Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• Knowledgeable in descriptive and predictive methods such as statistics, regression and basic ML concepts.
• Familiar with Python, R and Power BI DAX.
• Good design thinking, facilitation and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to create clear visualizations and present data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Provides data-driven insights and perspectives from product & solutions development to operations processes.
• Performs business risk analysis through customer and business data mining and analytics.
• Performs descriptive to predictive analyses using operations data.
• Provides product and solutions development insight through human-centered design.
• Creates visualizations and dashboards with Power BI aligned to governance.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
• Performs other functions as assigned.
