Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics or related field required; associate or higher.
• Min 3 years in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Strong data accuracy and detail orientation.
• Proficient MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading 50+ staff.
• Mandarin Chinese preferred.
• Willing to be assigned to Ibaan, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound workflow and report anomalies; implement preventive measures.
• Develop contingency plans for bulk arrivals and optimize staffing.
• Refine warehouse policies, SOPs and workflow standards.
• Ensure inbound tasks meet KPI targets.
• Lead inbound team building and mentorship.
• Control costs across inbound stages to minimize expenses.
