Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end warehouse activities and drive efficiency across the function.

You will lead inbound, inventory, outbound, and maintenance, ensure SLAs, and develop staff for future challenges, guided by KPI analytics.

The role requires 8–10 years in warehouse operations, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse KPIs and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Excellent problem solving, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall warehouse operations.
• Strategically manage warehouse in line with company policies and vision.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct analyses including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, and forecasts.
• Oversee inbounding of inventory, reverse logistics, inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure the division is staffed with competent personnel and develop future leaders.
• Enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to warehousing and handling requirements.
• Manage overall warehouse costs and budget.
• Produce reports: warehouse KPIs, shrinkage, stock movement, and costs.
• Receive and act on feedback to improve service quality.
