Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a motivated sales professional in the Philippines to answer inbound calls, build rapport, and guide conversations toward vacation package sales. You will identify customer needs, present compelling offers, and navigate objections to close opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 6 months+ sales experience, excellent communication, and a strong customer-focus mindset, with the ability to meet personal performance goals in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer focus with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to confidently overcome objections and close opportunities.
• Comfortable working toward individual performance metrics and goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in vacation opportunities and ownership experiences.
• Build rapport quickly and confidently guide conversations toward vacation package sales.
• Identify customer needs and present compelling travel offers that create excitement and value.
• Navigate objections and use consultative sales techniques to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and productivity goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings to continuously improve performance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
