Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking driven sales professionals to join our contact-center team in the Philippines.

You will answer inbound calls, guide conversations toward vacation package sales, identify customer needs, and present compelling offers that create excitement and value. Ideal candidates are persuasive, resilient, and motivated by achievement, with a high school diploma, at least 6 months of sales experience, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to overcome objections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer focus combined with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to confidently overcome objections and close opportunities.
• Comfortable working toward individual performance metrics and goals.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in vacation opportunities and ownership experiences.
• Build rapport quickly and confidently guide conversations toward vacation package sales.
• Identify customer needs and present compelling travel offers that create excitement and value.
• Navigate objections and use consultative sales techniques to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and productivity goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, training programs, and team meetings to continuously improve performance.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
