Job summary

Offshore 247 Outsourcing OPC is hiring for a full-cycle sales closing role focused on Australian EdTech. You will work with warm inbound Australian prospects, conduct structured discovery, handle objections, and close enrolments and payments from a fully remote Philippines-based setting.

The base salary ranges ₱50,000–₱65,000/month with uncapped commission, 100% work-from-home, day shift, and comprehensive employment benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of genuine phone-based sales closing experience.
• Proven experience selling to warm or inbound leads.
• Proven full-cycle sales experience, handling discovery, qualification, presentation, objection handling and closing.
• Experience securing sales, payments or customer commitments — not just generating leads.
• Strong discovery, questioning and active listening skills.
• Strong objection-handling ability around price, timing and indecision.
• Confidence leading conversations and asking for the sale.
• Experience meeting individual sales, revenue or conversion targets.
• Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
• CRM experience — Salesforce or similar.
• Clear, confident spoken English suitable for Australian customers.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Speak with warm and inbound Australian prospects who have already expressed interest in a course.
• Run structured discovery calls to understand goals, challenges, urgency and buying motivations.
• Ask strong follow-up questions and identify the real objection.
• Match needs with the right course and communicate its value.
• Handle price, timing, hesitation and priority objections without discounts.
• Build trust and clarity while maintaining momentum in the conversation.
• Ask for the sale, close the deal and guide enrolment and payment.
• Follow up qualified prospects not ready to enrol in the first conversation.
• Manage your own pipeline and maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
• Work toward KPIs covering conversion, enrolments and revenue.
